Compared with RC4 it contains a single significant change: The local scan ABI version was bumped. Users of the API/ABI may need to rebuild their software. Check the attachment of this message for a short git log of the changes. The following text is almost unchanged since the previous RC, except for RC numbers and Git links. Feature freeze: We won't add new features for this release. If things go well, we expect the final release around end of November 2019. The checksums and sizes are in files named 00-*.txt, having detached signatures in 00-*.txt.asc. You're strongly encouraged to download, build and test the release candidate. Please be sure to read and understand the ChangeLog document, because even with an unchanged runtime configuration Exim might change its behaviour.
